Varun (Dentist) and Lexie (Dental Nurse) showed an excellent bedside manner on both of my visits. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent 3 x fillings. Good communication with reminders received via email. Friendly reception staff. Completely happy and world recommend. Thank you.

While it’s a thriving local business, the quality of care needs serious improvement. There is a stark contrast between NHS and private treatment here— what you get is what you pay for. If you’re an NHS patient, you'll mostly get just the consultation; don't expect regular cleaning; it's however offered for private care. It's just business. Nothing personal.

We went along to the Churchhill Dental surgery yesterday to see if we could join their NHS service, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we filled in the relevant forms and we given our first check up today. I have had a lot of dental treatment this year. Some issues were urgent due to having an abcess. The treatment I've received from Mrs Mestry and the other dentists at the practice, together with the caring dental nurses, has been brilliant. Very informative, helped me understand the treatment plan, and helped me through any nerves I was experiencing. The team on the desk have always been lovely, polite and very helpful. I always received email reminders about my appointment dates and times which were also followed up with a reminder phone call. I've read other reviews but I genuinely can only speak as I find. Well done to the whole team who work exceptionally hard under tough restraints within the NHS dental structure . Once again , one big thank you.

Every time I come here one of the managers always is being rude to the receptionist in front of other patients. I didn’t get and email saying my appointment is cancelled I ended up coming in. I understand these things happen but the manager found out and started to shout at the receptionist I think mistakes happen and I had no problem rebooking my appointment but speaking to people rudely is not acceptable especially in front of patients.

Varun is a credit to the surgery. He’s so good with my little girl, makes her visit to the dentist actually fun

Have always been friendly , kept up to date and reminded about appointments . They are truthful and give all the facts as it should be. Even got me in as an emergency which is hard to do .
