They are fantastic. Really clear communication. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. My daughter was a bit nervous to get braces but they put her at ease and have made her feel comfortable. She managed to pop a bracket off and they got her back in and fixed it up. Really appreciate the great team.

Swift thorough repair to my retainer wires. Took great pains to explain what done and likely lifetime. Felt informed. Had to wait a while.. they are successful, so busy! Would definitely recommend. Medical questionnaire online rather onerous and more detailed and in depth than my dentist.. felt like overkill for the purpose. Not sure it was used/ referred to.

I just took my daughter in for her assessment appointment today. The reception staff were courteous and helpful: the nurses performing the assessment tests couldn't have been lovelier or more professional, and Ben Buffham the orthodontist was great! He was super with my daughter, explained our options very clearly and we have a plan moving forward. This practice was recommended by a friend and I feel that we are in good hands.

The doctors are attentive, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes you feel genuinely cared for throughout treatment. After a litany of cancelled appointments and long gaps between appointments on the NHS, we moved our daughter’s treatment for braces to Park Lane. We have been so happy with the efficient & professional treatment she has received. A friendly and caring practice that I would highly recommend.
