I had a tooth extracted yesterday and was feeling quite nervous about the procedure, but Dassie, my dentist, and Tracey, the nurse, were incredibly kind and reassuring throughout. They really helped me feel calm and made the whole experience so much easier. Tracey was especially lovely — she kept talking to me while I waited for the anaesthetic to kick in, which really relaxed me. Dassie is such a caring and gentle dentist; the extraction was done so quickly that I was genuinely shocked when they said it was finished. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I can't thank them enough for making the process so quick and painless. The whole practice is run extremely well, and everyone is very friendly. I even received a follow‑up call the next day to check how I was feeling. I highly recommend this dental surgery 😊

All the staff are really friendly here and make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. It would be great if there could be some form of communication in the event appointments are running very late, either by way of a phone call or text so patients can delay their journey or even when checking in at the desk depending on the length of the delay.

Have lost patient care. The dentist was lovely but wants 5k to fix the old dentists issue ive been left with. Might I add that ive already paid for (privately) with them. Been going 36 years. Going else where.

Went for an emergency filling. Was seen on time. Staff very friendly. Dentist was very professional. Considering im a nervous patient the whole experience went extremely well and would definitely recommend this place.

I am a vey anxious patient and it was an abscess that made me go as an emergency. Put me at ease, so much so I've since had some peridental treatment. Great communication. Text alerts ensure you don't miss appointment. Thank you My Dentist.

Treated on time with great care and attention. My treatment was explained and carried out completely. My comfort was continually monitored and I was happy that I was recieving the best treatment at all times. Very happy with my experience.

Today I visited {myDentist} Meadway Shopping Centre in Tilehurst for the second time. A huge shout out to Dr Ansu George. What a fantastic dentist!!! She’s professional, gentle, dear and so lovely. I experienced no pain while she worked away on my dental treatment. All I can say now is I wish I had found her sooner. I’m a very happy and a pleased patient. Elaine
