Northway Dental Practice - Tooth Talk

Having a big fear of dentists, due to historical experiences with some pretty bad and brutal ones, I decided to go private a few years ago. I use the dental plan which works out as good value and helps me budget. I've never regretted making the leap into private....its been a totally different and good!experience. Yes it's more expensive but the all round experience and the treatments are worth it. Simon is THE most patient dentist ever! and has helped me navigate through some tricky decisions. He always makes me feel comfortable and listens to my nervy ramblings! Becky is a super lovely, knowledgeable hygienist and the reception staff are nice too. Happy

Wow what a great place!! Having not been able to get into my own dentist for an emergency, I contacted Northway dental practice. I supplied all the information required and was given an apt within 2 hours roughly!!!! The reception staff were lovely and made me feel completely at ease. Pia the dentist was amazing!!!! Offered me a choice of options for what I needed and she and her assistant went to work. Both lovely people and very informative, made me feel completely as ease and that they could solve my issue for me. 35 mins later I’m out the door, admittedly with a numb mouth, but as the past couple of hours are passing I no longer feel any pain. I am so grateful for everyone’s help and I would recommend this practice extremely highly!!!! Thank you again!!!

Excellent friendly and relaxed care as usually. The reception ladies are always cheerful and give you a warm welcome. Bjorn was as always very gentle and explains clearly what he is going to do. Bjorn's dental assistant also came across as happy in her work. Altogether I get the impression of a close and professional team.

Saw a new dentist today 'Sam'. Wonderful service good advice and perfect treatment. I've been with this practice over 20 years and they are so helpful (in pain and need an appointment) the reception staff always assist at speed and always super friendly and professional 😀

Fabulous dental surgery. After being at my last surgery for over 40 years I was apprehensive to make the change. All the staff were lovely. Very professional. They explained everything including costs. No hard sell just proper dentistry. Thank you!!

I have received nothing short of the gold standard from the surgery. Bjorn is the most marvellous dental surgeon whose skills together with his personable manner make every visit a happy experience. My children and I both attend this dental practice and we feel well taken care of every time. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful and our dentist Björn is great with the children and with my dental care. I can highly recommend Northway Dental. They are honest and only carry out any work needed without hard selling any additional services to you, which is a rarity these days.
