So happy, I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist and always feared injections and tooth fillings . I cracked a back tooth on holiday end last year and needed an extraction as it could not be saved,even thou it was tough , stubborn to get the root out I felt no pain !!.... Just had a filling and polish ( not had polish in a long, long time as it always seems to hurt ) but both were painless, Will kept asking if I was ok and gave lots of assurance . Amazing best dentist I've had highly recommend and big thank you to Will for being so patient and putting me at ease 😁

I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the reception staff, who were genuinely friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The waiting room has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease, which is such a bonus when visiting the dentist. My appointment ran right on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist and assistant were both exceptional—highly skilled, thorough, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly and worked seamlessly as a team, all while maintaining a warm and friendly manner. It’s clear they truly care about patient comfort and quality of care. An excellent experience from start to finish—I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Needed an emergency appointment as tooth pain and traveling with work in a few days time. Very easy to book online and I got a same day appointment. Very clear with the problem and hopefully resolved the issue with same day treatment. I grew up in Paulton and would never have said such a lovely, welcoming and clean dentist existed behind the facade but I was very wrong. Great service

The dental treatment received was both excellent and effective. What is not good is the relentless demands for upfront payments. A percentage deposit is reasonable, but getting a demanding email suggesting my final appointment at the end of two thousand pounds of treatment would not proceed is both unprofessional and quite insulting. I have numerous relationships with all kinds of suppliers but have never experienced such pushy cash in advance philosophy. To add to the situation having paid another large chunk up front before getting my final treatment, their accounts system was in error and were demanding double what was due when paying my final balance. It was rectified after a bit of searching by the receptionist, who was polite and it was not her fault. When asked I was told the old tale’ it’s policy" no further explanation, and remember at this stage I had already handed over approx 1K mid treatment. So to reiterate the treatment was excellent, the cash chasing is not good practice, and not in my opinion the basis on which to build an ongoing professional relationship. And particularly disappointing given they receive a monthly premium from me as well.

The dental clinic ands staff are welcoming and the waiting are is comfortable . My treatment was completed with care and consideration for me as patient . I was offered advice for the future and costs involved . I did find the billing confusing but upon enquiry it was explained with courtesy. I will definitely continue to use the practice

Dr Aida was first class as always! She took a real interest in my treatment and what would help best for my situation. It was pain free and I am feeling the benefit already. Happy Birthday too Dr Aida! Thanks!

Emergency Treatment Got an appointment the next day. Calm surroundings when you enter, efficient reception staff, dentist and dental nurse put me at ease straight away. Efficient but friendly, making sure I did not have any pain and was aware of what was going to happen throughout. Thank you everyone!
