Perfect Smile - Dentist in Cosham

I am a wheelchair user. Staff were friendly and helpful. Renata the dentist was excellent. My whole experience was great. My only problem was getting out of the front door as there is a ledge to get over onto the ramp.

Visiting the dentist can rarely be described as a "fun" experience, but my experience at Perfect Smile was very good with pleasant and efficient attention from everyone involved. Unlike some earlier experiences I have had in life the dental examination was pain free and very efficient.

I brought my 2 year old son here because his previous dentist wanted to remove his 2 front teeth. At perfect smile they were so welcoming! The receptionists were very kind and made my son and myself feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. The dentist we saw and his assistant were equally as lovely and attentive. They listened and put my mind at rest that his teeth did not need removing. I was given reassurance and advice. All the staff we encountered were very knowledgeable and professional. I wish we came here in the first place.

Very accommodating regarding booking the appointment with excellent communication leading up to it. Appointment went smoothly as always. Friendly staff, happy to help where they can. Perfect Smile embrace new technology to streamline the process, but are respectful of less IT literate patients - helping where they can. As a patient of many years I have no reservations whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Had a tooth filled by Renata. She was a diamond and did a great job. Her patient handling skills are perfect with a very sympathetic and caring attitude to the patient. I hadn’t been for any dentistry work for over 20 years and she put me at rest and talked me through the whole experience. I think the modern tooling is obviously much better than the old kind. The drill was quite quiet from how I remembered.

Pros: Receptionist are friendly and happy to answer any questions as well as the staff too. The staff will offer advice and are also happy to answer any questions you may have. They will make you feel comfortable and are very professional. To my understanding they are working with an ai programme which helps them find any faults with your teeth but are also using there own professional knowledge and years of experience. I highly recommend this dentist. Cons: Slightly overpriced but to be expected as I went private. Overall 4 stars, nothings perfect. 🙂

Excellent all round service. I am a nervous patient and Retna is fantastic. Very professional and well organised team who really care about their patients.
