I had such a positive experience with Hisham Tarabay and the team, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. I was very nervous before my appointment, as I had not been to the dentist since before Covid, and I needed two teeth removed, which made me even more anxious. Hisham and his dental assistant were both absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, kept me informed the whole way through, and did so much to help me feel calm and comfortable. What stood out most was how much genuine care they showed. Hisham clearly wanted to do everything possible to give me the best chance of healing well, and that meant a lot to me. It is not easy to make someone feel at ease in that situation, but they really did. I felt supported, respected, and in very safe hands the whole time. Thank you so much to Hisham and the team for the excellent treatment, kindness, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

New NHS patient at Cosham dental surgery. Very good efficient service at Cosham practice. Dr Chun Yu Wen also provided a very good professional service, and was thorough without any time wasting, so very pleased with the whole experience and customer service. Thank you. Parking and traffic can be problematic at times, but worth the aggro given the quality of customer service delivery.

My first time at an NHS dentist so I was unsure what to expect. The dental team seemed very good, and luckily I had no issues regarding my teeth. The admin staff, not so much. I was charged nearly £30 for a check up, when I questioned why I was being charged I was told EVERYONE HAS TO PAY FOR DENTAL CARE NOW. I was caught off guard, the receptionist was not a friendly woman and lectured me on the price of dental care. She finished up by saying that I was getting a very good deal. I left, unsure what had just happened. I rang my adult son, he explained to me that because im on UC I dont have to pay for dental care. I said to him surely if that was the case the receptionist would have told me? He googled it whilst on the phone to me and confirmed he was correct. I rang bk the Damira dentist, I explained that the statement EVERYONE HAS TO PAY FOR DENTAL CARE NOW, was incorrect. The receptionist I'd previously dealt with repeated the statement again, but added begrudgingly, unless yr on a qualifying benefit. What??? Honestly, you could have mentioned that when i was stood in front of you, being lectured on how expensive dental work is. What an experience. I'm out nearly £30 and cant get any answers to whether this money is being refunded or not. I've emailed the cosham surgery and got no response.

Really good surgery with friendly, helpful staff, only criticism was having booked the appointment for 2pm, their suggestion. Turned up early, 13:45 so not to cause delays for everyone. The surgery was closed and locked between 1pm and 2pm. There was also someone else waiting outside. It started pouring down with rain, why don't you make the appointments 14:10 or 14:15. Alternatively provide some undercover or let people wait in the reception.

First visit to the Cosham branch Was treated with a smile followed by afriendly conversation with the lady on reception 2nd time seeing Dimitrios Tsoukas and his dental nurse I met Dimitrios at another surgery and liked him .so went to the Cosham surgery to see him for my next checkup. He is gentle understanding and very honest with his opinion regarding treatment needed or not

Great experience, got there 1/2 hr early & got seen 15 minutes before my appointment time. The dentist & his assistant were really good. Took there time , no rush. 3 fillings performed.

Have not seen a dentist in 4 years . I was very impressed from start of appointment to finish. I have to have treatment and it was explained in detail and I felt very relaxed comfortable with the dentist .
