Park View Dental Practice

What an awful dentist, poor Customer service. Me and my partner cancelled due to food poisoning and was told to call back the following week to make a new appointment but when we did the dentist for no reason decide to remove us from his service knowing she was in pain and needed a crown. Will never use this dentist again.

Fantastic surgery, very friendly and welcoming. (Not that I enjoy visiting the dentist) professional and patient.

Told me I needed root canal treatment on a chipped tooth that had no decay whatsoever so had it filled by another dentist saving £200 and lots of pain! Very money oriented !

I saw Mr Majid Jamshad for the first time yesterday. After previously having a bad experience with another dentist, I was feeling quite anxious about my appointment however, he was very professional, very kind and asked me what I wanted to gain from my visit that day. I left with a dental plan that I was very happy with and can’t wait to go back to have my treatment started. Thank you for giving me such a positive experience.

I would like to warn the gernal public of the this detal practice. My dad has been using this practice to have nhs dentures. The initial consultation was for dentures top and bottom. We paid the cost of £260 for nhs dentures. My dad was advised that the top set were to be fitted first, and the bottom set three months later. As they become uncomfortable and could make him gag if fitted the same day. We understand fully what the dentist advised and followed her instructions. We have returned to the dental practice for the bottom set, to find that they had separated the treatment plan up. They closed his treatment plan for the top set and they have opened a new plan for the bottom. This was not explained to us! They want another payment of £260 for the bottom set!! Be very careful if you are in their care, having any course of treatment! This treatment plan was separated without the patient being informed!

Rang for an Emergency appointment at 845am got me booked in to come within 2 hours. Receptionist was friendly and chatty and explained everything in detail. Dentist seen me within 5 minutes of my arrival despite it being an emergency. Dentist was friendly and reassuring explained the issue I had and showed me the problem on the xrays they took. Gave me 3 options which is not something other dentists at other practices have done. Can't recommend enough 10/10

I had an appointment with Lisa, the hygienist, today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She provided exceptional care, addressing my dental concerns thoroughly and going above and beyond to help. I highly recommend her services!
