I have recently become a new patient at Ropergate Dental Care due to following Dr Alistair Reynolds from his previous practice. Since attending here I have always had really positive experiences. From the moment I walk in the staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Despite being busy, Alistair always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions, and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment. The treatment was thorough and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for high-quality care and a reassuring, professional team.

I had the pleasure of attending a talk with Nicole on the 8th of July , and I couldn't be more impressed. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend that Nicole continues giving these talks, as she has done a fantastic job. Her knowledge, approachable manner, and enthusiasm made the session both enjoyable and informative.

Hi Dr Hassan. I would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE THANKYOU for the care and attention you have given to me during my Invisalign journey. From the very beginning, I was made fully aware of the whole procedure before I made my own personal choice to proceed and go ahead. When my first tray of Aligners were ready to he fitted , I felt extremely nervous as to managing my own care away from the surgery. Dr Hassan took the time to make a follow up call to me at home to make sure that I was ok. I really appreciated this and felt at ease knowing that helpful advice was only a phone call away should I need it. My follow up care was always dealt with promptly and re-assuringley. I am delighted with the way my confidence has had a big boost knowing that I can now smile without feeling embarrassed as I once did before my treatment began. I am very happy with the end result and the excellent customer care that i know will continue as I progress onto my next phase of wearing Retainers. If you're an anxious patient there really is nowhere better than here. As many others I had been unable to find an NHS dentist so my teeth are a bit worse for wear, I'm also very anxious about the dentist and Andy was incredible from start to finish. He took real care in getting to know me and understand my anxieties and teeth problems, the exam was gentle and thorough to the point he even wanted to review my x-rays again before our next appointment. I've now got a whole treatment plan created and I'm hoping this will be the start of my journey. Following this I then went to visit Imogen and a trainee who's name I didn't get woops! They gave me some advice on what's best for my teeth, and again she took the time to explain everything to me. She was incredibly friendly and put me right at ease, and I just wanted to add she was also great at training the other employee too. The receptionist's have always been lovely when I have spoken to them, and the communication via text is so helpful! Overall this is just a lovely dental practice and what I've been looking for. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you are anxious and need a lot of work.

I have just finished with my Invisalign with Ropergate Dental Care and I am beyond happy with the results!! All the the the team who I have met throughout my visits have been so lovely and welcoming but special shoutout to Chimene for being the absolute best throughout my treatment!! She always made me feel comfortable and welcome and reassure me that everything was coming together, she is amazing and can’t thanked her enough!! Thank you to Kate who started and ended my Invisalign journey, she was lovely and answered any questions I had at the beginning when I was just getting started!! Ropergate dental practice is extremely friendly and super efficient. I have been a patient of this practice for many years and I feel a part of their family. All the staff are really friendly from the receptionists to the actual dentist. I feel that they will go out of their way to put your mind at ease and prioritise your needs usually when you’re feeling extremely stressed and in pain with tooth ache. I cannot recommend enough friendly supportive efficient and effective a practice that you can trust.

After having a terrible experience with my last 2 dentist and lots of tears , I finally went to Ropergate dental care and I'm am so happy I did. Dr Hassan talked me through my treatments in detail and understood my apprehension and I am thrilled with the end results , would recommend anyone like me who's very frightened or had a bad experience with prior practices.
