Amazing experience so friendly my son came for braces fitting and Laura was brilliant he had ASD and without bring asked she explained every step and she kept reassuring asking if he needed a break and seemed to really understand him his nurse Jane was welcoming and chatty great experience all round

Absolutely fantastic service from the start of the process to the end. My daughter had extremely bad teeth in terms of how they looked and were very crooked. Katie, Jess and Ella have done everything to make my daughter feel safe and relaxed while giving her a truly professional and friendly service. Katie has always had time to explain everything and made my daughter feel relaxed sharing stories of her dog. My daughter now has beautiful straight teeth to be proud of. They are perfect!!! Orthodontist and practice has no empathy or patience with my Autustic child. Othodentist shouts and is not patient. My child now is self concious about their teeth and we are looking to change providers.
