I had a great experience here. Having not been to a dentist in far too long, I picked this practice because reviews said they were good with nervous patients and they absolutely lived up to that. Everyone was super kind and patient with me, answered all my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan, and offered flexible financing options. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had the most amazing experience at Plymouth City Centre Dental Practice. From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. My hygiene appointment was incredibly thorough, using the innovative GBT system, which made such a difference. Anrifa was outstanding — meticulous, knowledgeable, and so reassuring throughout. Ruby, her nurse, was equally attentive and made the whole experience feel seamless and comfortable. Then onto treatment with the legend that is Shariar — quite honestly the most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. His attention to detail is second to none, and you feel completely confident in his care. Mia, his nurse, was ahead every step of the way, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable at all times. And a special mention to Nicki on reception — truly the hub of the practice. She is caring, welcoming, and always has time for everyone, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. An exceptional team delivering exceptional care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

My first visit to PCCD was for an emergency tooth extraction with Shahriar. I was blown away with the cleanliness, efficiency, explained the procedure step by step before, during treatment & advice given for aftercare was exceptional suffice to say within a few weeks I transferred over to PCCD. 13yrs later I'm still here. Each visit whether for a checkup, on going treatment or as an emergency all the staff from reception Nikki & Danni, Dental nurses Amy & Mia, Dentists Shahriar, Michael, Anita & Jenny a big thank you, for the exceptional care I have received from each of you.

I have a military and local authority background so I absolutely understand the need for organisational ability, structure and discipline. This practice has all of that in spades. The admin staff, crucial to any well functioning organisation are supremely efficient. The dental nurses and radiographer are professionals beyond belief and the Implantologist is an absolute superstar. The care I received from all of them had been outstanding and that's an understatement. Top class. 10/10 and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Honestly it's a treat to be a patient at this clinic. I received a general check up and visit to the hygienist as a new customer and received very gentle and professional care in both instances. I especially commend the warmth of the receptionist, who made me feel at home, helped me understand how everything works, and introduced me to a tempting deal regarding further care I was interested in. Top service all around
