We had such a positive experience at this dentist. From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel very welcome and at ease. Sara was especially wonderful with my son during his very first visit. She was calm, kind and explained everything in a way that helped him feel comfortable and not at all nervous. He came out smiling and saying, "I like the dentist!", which says it all really. He was even excited about choosing his stickers at the end, which made the whole experience feel really special for him. The dental nurse was also very welcoming and friendly, helping to create a relaxed and reassuring atmosphere throughout the appointment. A fantastic first dental experience for a child. We couldn't have asked for better.

Sar and Jess were truly exceptional during my treatment. Words can’t fully capture how remarkable this team is. They recognised my nerves about the upcoming procedure and provided constant reassurance. Sar assured me that it wouldn’t hurt, though I was skeptical at first. Cannot rate Sara highly enough. She has been looking after me, my husband and our two daughters for a few years now and she is the best dentist we have ever had. My daughters actually enjoy going to the dentist to see her. She is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable and she does not make you feel forced into choosing a treatment option she just gives all of the options and advice. Highly recommend

Received excellent advice and new patient check-up service from dentist, Anthony. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Future treatments were explained clearly & concisely and no silly inflated prices either (unlike other dentists in the locality). Highly recommended.

They are very nice until you have an issue or you question them. I went in for a filling on a broken tooth that wasn’t causing any pain. After the filling, once the anaesthetic wore off, I was left with pain and I cannot eat on that side at all. I contacted the practice and had to wait to be seen again. During that time I even received a sales call about further treatment, despite still waiting for someone to deal with the problem I already had. It was only when I challenged this that anything moved forward. When I was seen again, I explained clearly that the tooth felt rough and pointy where the filling is, that I keep catching my tongue on it, and that it feels like it’s pushing onto the other teeth. I also explained I cannot bite down on that side. I was told there was nothing wrong and advised to use sensitive toothpaste. I was then told it might need to be removed, even though it was fine before the filling. I should be able to question a service I’ve paid for, especially when I’ve been left worse than before. Instead, I felt dismissed and not listened to. After being with this practice for years, I have no confidence or trust in them anymore and will not be returnin

Having every aspect of our dental care explained so clearly and professionally is a pleasant and refreshing experience. Dr Walsh did his very best to ensure that our treatment was undertaken in an informed, professional and pain free manner. To take the time to allow us to ask questions before and after the procedure was very reassuring. The repair to my tooth was totally pain free with no discomfort throughout the entire process. Dr Walsh's approach to dentistry, care and attention to detail is a breath of fresh air in a busy and demanding world where such qualities are really appreciated and respected. Thank you!
