This is the best dental practice I have been to. Not only are reception approachable and friendly but every single member of staff always has a smile on their face. My dentist roxy is wonderful, she really makes me feel comfortable. All staff are kind, professional and you can tell that they love what they do so for that you all deserve 5 stars. Well done werrington! 😊

As a very nervous patient who hadn't been to the dentist for a long time, I was blown away by the care and compassion from all of the staff. The dentist, Said, was really gentle and caring and really helped alleviate my fear so I don't feel so scared for next time. The receptionist and dental nurse were also really lovely and I felt very looked after.

Excellent staff. Mr Fredericks never rushes and always takes time to explain exactly what happens at each stage, which is really helpful when you are very anxious about dentists. Always goes at your pace and never makes you feel like you're a pain or difficult.

Very disappointing experience. On arrival, my attendance was not recorded in the system. I waited around 15 minutes and only after I approached reception—having noticed that patients who arrived after me were already being seen—was it discovered that I had not been checked in. During the examination, the young dentist repeatedly mixed up tooth numbers while speaking to her assistant, correcting herself and giggling. This behaviour appeared unprofessional and did not inspire confidence in her competence. What shocked me the most was the complete lack of basic hygiene. While waiting for my X-ray results, the dentist, still wearing gloves, touched multiple surfaces including door frames and door handles, and then attempted to put her hands back into my mouth without changing gloves. I stopped her immediately and ended the appointment. This is unacceptable, unhygienic, and potentially dangerous. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic.

Good afternoon dear all patient who can use it this dental practice. . take my advice dont come to dr Sarah because i am her patient but am really dissappoint her and a practice receptoinist because that lady dr already to take my full fees what she can charge but sge dont finish her job . . . so she is really cheater but i am going to make a complain against her to directly a DCS private dental compkain service , she need to be refund back to my fees . . Lovely place, very friendly staff and Serrat and Ursula were fantastic with my daughter, she had 2 extractions and they were very welcoming and supportive thank you so much ❤️

Very kind nurces and they made my experience there quick and easy(way better than in bretton dental practice ,DONT RECCOMEND!!) receptonist wasnt the best though overal really good dentist👍
