I have been a patient of Dr Romeo for quite a few years now. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was nervous about having 6 implants, there was no need to worry, the procedure was painless. I have my life back, no need for messy denture glue and I can eat what ever I want with confidence. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Been a patient of Dr Charles’ for a few years and my 3 children are patients of his now too. Any nerves we have before our appointment are soon forgotten about once we walk into his room, he’s always so friendly and welcoming. My children are always excited to visit the dentist and that is thanks to Dr Charles!

Excellent dentist - needed a bit of work doing and the dentist and the Assistant were both fantastic, reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. Dentist (Chris) is very gentle, he explained everything as he went and I couldn’t be happier with the work. They explain what needs doing and give you the choice (if possible) over what work to do so you can decide on the cost implications. Highly recommended! Thanks guys.

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received. I’ve visited the surgery twice within a week, one for a routine check up and another for a consultation with the Orthodontist. I can’t recommend the dentist and Orthodontist highly enough, both very pleasant and thorough however my experience with the reception staff has been appalling. I’m more than happy to pay for a service however as a single mother who has to budget for simple pleasures such as; private dental care, the transparency on pricing is imperative. On both visits I was told I’d be paying a lower amount compared to what I was charged on the day. At my visit today in particular I was scoffed at by the same receptionist who told me clearly I wouldn’t be paying for the visit a week prior, ‘as I was already a patient’. I believe when I asked the question it may have been assumed I was referring to whether a deposit was required? Nonetheless her rudeness and disdain left me speechless. The level of respect I was shown today will be reciprocated and you can accept this as my formal request to be removed from your system, along with my son. Hopefully the surgery will take note of my review and have a serious conversation with their receptionist staff. It’s baffling how people are given the opportunity to work in customer facing roles, yet lack basic customer service skills.

Fantastic place. Felt like I got a 5 star treatment. A little pricey, however you get what you pay. Staff are friendly and kind, with the place clean and tidy. Thank you Dr Charles and the kind nurse whose name I didn’t catch.

I’m a patient of Romeo’s and have to say he’s a great dentist, my partner and mother & family friend all visit him. He makes you feel at ease and relaxed. He’s very gentle unlike my last dentist. Today I needed a filing and they fitted me in at short notice unfortunately Romeo was busy but I got to see Mo and I have to say he was excellent too I didn’t feel a thing. This practice comes highly recommended they are friendly professional and make you feel so relaxed.

Good dental surgery. I had a endodontic procedure, dental cleaning and a couple of dental fillings. The staff seams very experienced and very polite. The building looks a bit old but inside is clean and looked quite busy. My appointment was about 10 minutes later than scheduled (not too much inconvenience). I was treated by Doctor Mo. He was explaining all the time, what next step of the work was about. The anaesthetic was painless , and so was the hole work. The total price of the work wasn't cheap, but after checking with other surgeries, I considered it reasonable. Overall, I'm pleased to find this surgery and I'll recommended to anyone who needs a good doctor.
