I cannot recommend Elise and Georgia highly enough. As a very nervous patient who had completely lost confidence in dentists, I was anxious about seeking treatment. From the moment I arrived, Elise was kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Thanks to her encouragement, professionalism, and genuine care, I have regained my confidence and can smile again. The difference she has made to both my dental health and my self-esteem is enormous. Georgia was also wonderful – friendly, calming, and supportive throughout every appointment. Together they make an exceptional team. Thank you both for your kindness, expertise, and for restoring not only my smile but also my trust in dentistry.

All the staff are SO lovely and professional, which is rare for dental surgeries! I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and they totally put me at ease, and answered all of the questions I had. They are very professional and honest about what treatments you need, and don’t pressure you with committing to treatment plans, you can go for treatment at your own pace. It was my first hygienist appointment too, and they took time to settle my nerves and it was totally painless, and we achieved the results I wanted. They are also super punctual and both times I have been the dentist / hygienist had been on time with my appointments. Thank you all!

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Neehal and the team at Peterborough Dental Hub. I was quite nervous about having my root canal treatment, but Dr. Nehal was so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire procedure. He took the time to explain everything, checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel rushed. His calm and reassuring approach really helped me feel at ease. I also want to mention the lovely dental nurse who assisted him. She had such a warm smile and a genuinely caring attitude that made a big difference to my experience. Her friendly and positive manner helped me relax from the moment I sat in the chair, and she was so supportive throughout the treatment. Thank you both for your professionalism, kindness, and the excellent care you provided. It’s not often that you leave a root canal appointment feeling grateful, but that’s exactly how I felt. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist & I can honestly say Peterborough dental hub is by far the best I’ve been too! This was my first time attending Peterborough dental hub, I was in need of an emergency appointment & from start to finish the care I received was wonderful, the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, calming & got me booked in very quickly! But most importantly Dr Elise Morley & the dental nurse working along side her were absolutely amazing, the reassurance Dr Morley gave me was just what a nervous patient like myself needed to hear in time of worry, she was so calming and very informative about what was about to happen and what was going to happen next, she wasn’t rushing me from her chair like some dentists do and as for the dental nurse working along side Dr Morley, she didn’t let go of my hand once, she was just as calming. These two amazing ladies need a medal for dealing with my nerves. I would definitely feel so much more relaxed attending this dentist next time. I can't thank this dental practice enough. I had a poor prognosis case for a big cracked tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I booked an emergency appointment with them, and the next day, they started the treatment. I was given 2 different treatment options to have the tooth removed or try to save it. I've been informed that trying to save it will need a root canal treatment and crown due to a huge fracture risk. Also, I've been informed that the whole treatment plan may fail and had a poor prognosis, but the dentist Dr Ahmed was willing to attempt saving the tooth. He and the nurse Zainab were both amazing from start to finish. The dentist took the time to do everything properly and patiently. I completely recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back for future appointments. Thank you so much Dr Ahmed and Zainab

After avoiding the dentist for years, I decided to go here based on the reviews and I’m glad I did. Aside from the costs (which are expected with a private practice), everything else is great - appointment availability, quick and friendly communication with receptionists, and a lovely waiting area. I’ve had a few appointments in the past few months and my clinician, Elise, has always made me feel at ease. Always explains everything in detail and can tell she cares. Sohail, the hygienist, also made me feel comfortable. I had major dentist anxiety but I’m glad I chose to come here!

First time visiting, needed specialist care as hubby on blood thinners along with other health issues. He needed a fractured tooth removing. From entering the reception the staff were polite and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The female dentist and her nurse were so lovely, kind and full of empathy. Explained the process each step of the way and showed such care throughout extraction. Explained after care and made sure we had phone number should we need them. A follow up check made the next morning to see if hubby was ok was the icing on the cake. The dental Hubbard amazing, top notch. Thank you all for the care shown towards us
