High Locks Dental Practice

I have used this practice since 1982, then with Tony Rawlins, and the last 15 years with Cyrus Khela. It’s a friendly, professional, spotlessly clean and modern practice. I’m a nervous patient and I always feel at ease and have utmost confidence in the treatment I receive. Shelley Jones is my usual hygienist and she is patient, understanding and gives an excellent service. Today I saw a new hygienist. Iqrah Shaheen, who is equally gentle, thorough and kind. I can thoroughly recommend Denplan as a way of spreading the cost of first class treatment in a high-end dental practice. Can’t speak highly enough of this establishment

I have been using high locks dental practice for the last five years. In that time they have refurbished and the practice is a nice place to visit. Parking is adequate and the reception team are always friendly. My dentist is lovely and chatty and remembers me and she asks about how I have been doing and more importantly how my mouth is doing. The procedures whilst expensive are always done well. I was referred for a cancer check (biopsy) on my tongue and all was handled very well. Appointments are available generally with a couple of weeks if you need to book quickly. I’m sure that it’s not the cheapest but then who wants cheap when it comes to your teeth!!

Fantastic service as always. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate any requirements you may have. Had a checkup with Drew today, had a nice chat with him and he talked me through any work that needs to be done. I have seen Drew and Cyrus previously for other work, they did a fantastic job and have never had any problems. Thanks ☺️

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at High Locks Dental practice for taking such good care of my 90 year old mum. Mum recently moved to Stamford and attended a local Dentist, which did not compare on any scale to High Locks! Thankfully they (High Locks) arranged an appointment at short notice and from the moment we arrived she received 5 star treatment. Chris the Dentist was so very kind, and really put Mum first, she did need a little bit of work (as expected) but he made the whole experience positive and turned what had been a pretty awful couple of weeks into we know now she has the best care. Allie the Nurse was totally professional adding further comfort. Nobody looks forward to going to the Dentist however I know as I have been going here for over 30 years that I am in good and caring hands! Finally Tracy the Practice Manager has always been efficient, considerate and kind a true asset.

Our family have been with High Locks dental practice for many years and always a 5 star experience. We’re on Denplan. We cannot recommend the practice enough. All the staff are very professional and helpful, especially when getting appointments. Hygienist Shelley is the best. I was with Cyrus, an excellent dentist, professional and friendly as is Drew who’s my current Dentist. We’ve the utmost trust in the practice and they are transparent with any works required and charges. My husband has had work done in recent years and they’ve been great, can’t fault. Grew up being frightened of the dentist due to bad experiences. Have now been with highlocks over 10 years and they are fantastic. Highly recommend getting on Denplan when you join. Staff are always very kind and helpful. Always happy to help where they can and go above and beyond in patience.

I have been a patient at Highlicks for a couple of years as my previous dentist moved area. I see Drew and his assistant who are always professional and friendly. I have had a nigglying pain in a tooth for a couple of days which worried me, Drew did a thorough examination, and talked me through my X-rays and was reassuring. That there was no immediate concerns. I always leave Highlicks smiling thank you for a great service. 😊
