Broad Street Dental Practice

Never a great experience having to go to the dentist but I’ve always felt comfortable and at ease when coming to Broad Street. Everyone is welcoming and I’ve always had my dental issues dealt with care, compassion and general service. Highly recommended.

Been attending this dental practice since I moved to whittlesey in 1987...my children also attended here. Obviously seen staff retire but have to say have always found all of the staff to be very friendly and professional. I never fear going to the dentist they always put me at ease,very understanding (especially Gaynor and Kathryn) as I suffer from vertigo,they are very kind.I would highly recommend this practice.

I have hated my teeth for as long as I can remember, they have always been a major hang up of mine. Louisa is one of the kindest and most caring dentists I have ever met. We had spoken many times about possible treatments. But when they started using the clear correct invisible correction treatment at Broad Street I didn’t hesitate to sign up. I told Louisa I would be her hardest patient ever, I have a strong gag reflex and really struggle with even the smallest of dental treatments. Louisa took almost all the anxiety away, with her calm and confident approach. We have just finished a two year treatment and for the first time in my life I can smile with my mouth open. After the clear correct treatment I have also just had teeth whitening. The difference is unbelievable. People often say they regained a smile, but Louisa and her team gave me a smile I never had before. I can’t thank them enough for that gift. It proves that you don’t need to go to Harley Street to have a Hollywood smile, there is a little slice of Hollywood nestled between a row of Victorian buildings on Broad Street. My lifelong thanks to Louisa and her entire team.

I had to have an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve and the staff were absolutely amazing. They got me in quickly, I ended up with a tooth infection which then required more of their time than I’m sure they had booked but they were patient and supportive in making sure I didn’t spend Christmas in too much pain and helped by starting some work on this day. So, so grateful for Kathryn and the rest of the staff that helped that day and Louisa and the rest of the team helping me to go forward in sorting the rest of the treatment. I’m quite a nervy patient of the dentist and they all couldn’t do more to make me feel settled. Highly recommend!
