Use this practice regularly. The prices are frightening. I was disappointed that they started charging for children. ( my great grand children come here) we were assured that if we were registered the children's check ups were free. In this day and age and knowing their father is disabled i was not impressed.

Anna the hygienist is the best I have ever had. took her time and the teeth feel great now. i will definitely go back again

The whole experience from booking my first appointment over the phone to seeing the dentist Charis and hygienist Emma has been outstanding. The care and professionalism given by every member of staff I have had contact with has been so lovely. Taking the time to explain what was happening, listening and answering questions is very much appreciated by a very happy patient. They have resolved an ongoing issue (which has been going on for 18 months with another dentist) in 2 appointments thank you so much. If you’re a nervous patient this is the practice to be with 😀

First class service again yesterday from the team at We Care Dental - Stanground. Just the usual 6 month check up by the lovely Charis Smith, who is always happy and smiling. No issues and she let me go with a reminder to "keep up the good work and keep flossing". Till the next time Charis.

Scammers!!!!! Avoid at all costs. I came to We Care Dental (now know as RTW Surgeries) the start of the year for an Invisalign consultation, everything seemed great and in February I agreed to proceed and paid almost 4K in full for my treatment upfront. As soon as I paid, everything went downhill. I was told I could start my treatment in 3 weeks, turned up on the day to which the dentist informed me he had a ‘personal issue with invisliagn’ and therefore there would be another 3 weeks delay, I was promised that would be the max and if my aligners were not there at that point I could have a full refund. Unsurprisingly, the 3 week mark hit and again I was told my aligners were not back so I could not start treatment. At this point, I requested a full refund to which the practice manager agreed. Despite daily chasing for my refund and being constantly parred off, I was then told that the company had gone ‘bankrupt’ and they would have to reach out to the insolvency company for my money back - this was brand new information to me and took me by surprise considering this dentist is still taking on new patients as we speak. Do not risk losing thousands of pounds, go elsewhere, avoid RTW Surgeries!!

Fantastic service. Staff are friendly and take time to fully explain what treatment is being provided. On site parking and great premises add to an all round quality experience.

I can't speak highly enough for this dentist's practice, with such friendly staff that really put you at ease. Mr Mahmood and his nurse we're amazing and had me pain-free in no time at all, and considering the amount of pain I was in, it's such a relief.
