From the very first time I met Matt Perry, he made me feel reassured, welcomed, and completely at ease. He takes a genuine interest in how you are feeling and is very aware of the anxiety many people experience when visiting the dentist. His empathy shines through, and the reassurance he provides makes a real difference. The entire practice is clean, modern, and presented to a very high standard. I feel that I am in extremely good hands and have complete trust in Matt’s professional opinion and care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with kindness and understanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been a patient here for a couple of years, and the team have helped me through some upsetting post-cancer dental issues - and they have been truly kind, gentle and humorous, and their expertise is second to none. I couldn't recommend The Bay and its wonderful practitioners enough. The first dental practice I haven't dreaded going to!

My Husband has quite a severe tooth/abscess problem. We had an appointment given to him the same day as telephoning the surgery. The Dentist Hannah was superb, Husband had to be referred to hospital and it was done immediately. Amazing care, thank you.

To say I am petrified of dentists is an understatement but due to a leaking abscess I had to go. And I am so happy I did choose the bay. Saw Jess and Jodie and they put me at ease from the start and the tooth extraction was pain-free. And we laughed so much which helped. And the singing wasn't bad either. The whole experience was so good I have now registered to go back as a patient for further work, something I didn't expect to do. A big thank you for everything you did and said today ❤️

The reception staff are very pleasant , the surgery is always spotless. The fees are very very high. If you are more than 5 minutes late for any reason you forfeit your appointment and are charged the full amount; I have to travel by public transport and was actually on my way on the bus which was held up by an incident en route so I phoned the surgery to explain I might be a few mins late. The bus stop is directly outside the surgery entrance and I was 2 stops away when I called. The receptionist thanked me for the call but said if I was more than 5 minutes late then NOT to come as I would not be seen, but would be charged accordingly. Fortunately I managed to arrive with about 2 minutes to spare. There is no 'refund' of charges if I have to wait for the dentist. Given the extortionate prices in the first place I find this policy extraordinary.

A big thank you to the whole team. I needed an emergency visit just before Christmas. I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dentists. Matthew and Jodie were both very patient with me during my recent visit ,and did their very best in keeping me calm and reassuring me during my treatment.

This practice is wonderful. All staff friendly and knowledgable. Saved me New Years eve with same day appt in morning when my front veneer fell out. Lovely dentist and dental nurse, really knew their stuff! Thank you so much
