I recently visited Penzance Dental Practice and honestly could not be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making me feel completely at ease straight away. The practice itself is spotless — exceptionally clean, modern, and very well maintained, which immediately gives you confidence in the high standards they uphold. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention absolutely has to go to the practice manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to outstanding customer service really stood out and made a huge difference to my overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so organised, compassionate, and patient-focused. I would highly recommend Penzance Dental Practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care combined with first-class customer service. A truly 5-star experience from start to finish.

My mum Tina Carne has asked me to leave this review from her. Her experience at penzance dental has been amazing. All of the staff including the receptionists are so warm, welcoming and friendly. Eleni who I have been seeing has been so kind and patient to me, I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist and she helps to put my mind at ease. If anyone one is similar to me and nervous to see a dentist, please vist with Eleni at Penzance dental.

Well . Be aware .you make an appointment get it cancelled by them , then you get another appointment made by them for a time and day that you can’t make . So without warning you are taken of the nhs treatment ,as I found out to day when trying to make a appointment.( No message no letter to say you are no longer a patient if you don’t make a appointment) . no time line they tell you about.)I did however found the staff very disrespectful to the nhs patients. They also charge the nhs price but you are charge each time you have treatment and not one pice for all treatment. They are getting rid of nhs patients by what ever dirty trick they can come up with , quote " you don’t live in Penzance and we are informing all patients out side of Penzance that we will no longer be able to treat you anyway ."Well you can actually see any dentist in any area . So another fib . So get read to find alternative dentist nhs patients because this practice is going private. And you won’t know until you want a appointment.

My three children and I have been patients at Penzance Dental for over 10 years, and I can honestly say we couldn’t wish for a better practice. We feel very fortunate to have Ms Doyle as our dentist - she is always warm, friendly, and reassuring when needed. The reception staff and dental nurses are also superb, making every visit a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Great, in this day and age I was lucky to get a dentist especially after leaving the RN. Got in NHS too bargain. Never had a bad experience here, Andrew and later Diane who now looks after me are brilliant the nurses and receptionists are great. Happy to be here.....well I'm not but you know what I mean 😆😅
