Exceptional and highly professional care from David Barrett at this dental practice. My little boy fractured his tooth at school, and despite being fully booked with emergency appointments, he kindly saw us on the same day. He was very attentive and reassuring, and made my little boy feel at ease. They work wonderfully well with young children, and I’m very glad my children are registered there 🙂 Rabia berdeaux

Very disappointing experience overall. The dentist is almost always running late, showing little respect for patients’ time. The reception area is messy and unwelcoming, with nothing provided to make the long wait any easier — not even a newspaper or magazine. The exterior of the practice is also quite off-putting, with strange stains and an overall neglected appearance.

I have been a patient of Cornmarket Street Dental Practice for several years. I have always been very happy with the service. My dentist, Dr Peter Dahlman, is skilled, approachable and knowledgeable. He always takes his time to explain the treatments he is delivering. He always makes time to listen and is always interested in me. My family are under his dental care too. I have seen several hygienists at the practice, all of whom have been excellent. The dental nurses are polite and friendly, as are the wonderful reception team who always do their best to accommodate requests for urgent appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

I've had a very painful experience with the hygienist, which never happened in the past. When having my teeth polished, she rubbed my lips and tongue as well, which was extremely painful. On top of that, the assistant's attitude was unfriendly. Very disappointing after so many years with the practice.

I have been to Cornmarket Dental Practise for years and have seen Dr Barrett. They are always efficient, friendly and provide quality dental services. I have just had root canal treatment with Dr A Jones, their root canal specialist - he was very thorough, explained every step clearly, achieved a very successful result and provided the service with humour and made it a very pleasurable experience! I love going to this practice have been going here for 45 years. The treatment is pain-free which is really important to me I see Dr Barrett he's kind and talks through all options with you. I highly recommend this dental practice to anybody considering coming here.
