What an amazing dental practice. I walked into the Yeadon branch not even being registered as a patient with a face 4x the size it should be was grated by the loveliest receptionist called Lynn who went above and beyond and had me an emergency appointment at the Otley branch within 20 mins where I was treated by the loveliest dentist I have met called penny who was truly amazing I am now registering with them as a patient after being petrified of dentists since childhood. I highly recommend to anyone who has a fear of dentists as they really have restored my faith in them.

Outstanding Dental Practice, amazing staff, very good pricing plans. IF you are due wisdom tooth extraction there, rest assured you are in best hands, Penny and her team did an AMAZING job with mine, two extractions 52 hours ago as of the date of posting this, 4 stitches, zero pain during procedure, zero pain after, Penny and her colleague did an amazing job sticthing it up, i cant feel the stitches. Right now it looks like work was done over a week ago, its healing that good, and thats all down to surgical "ART" from Penny and her team 🙂 more than impressed with this surgery.

Arrived at my allocated time at the Otley Dental Centre and was warmly welcomed by the lovely people on reception. Completed my health check and in no time I was meet by my dentist Rosie, who along with the Dental Nurses and the Dental Hygienist that I also saw, they were all so friendly, asked prevalent questions and importantly listened to my answers. A great team all round.

I recently switched to Otley Dental Centre after ten years with my NHS dentist. Going private was the best choice, and I’m particularly grateful for Dr. Michail. On my first check-up, he found a cavity my previous dentist missed and explained I needed a filling. After that visit, with many questions on my mind, the practice kindly arranged a second appointment with another dentist on the same day for reassurance. Dr. Michail patiently answered all my detailed queries during the filling appointment, putting me at ease. He painlessly administered an injection, curing my childhood needle phobia, and handled my jaw fatigue with a lot of care 🙂 His assistant was also really lovely! Thank you, Dr. Michail and the team, you’ve restored my faith in dentistry! Highly recommended for top-notch care.

As a very nervous patient I’m always apprehensive about going to a new dentist in a new area. I needn’t have worried, everyone at Otley Dental, from the team on reception to the dental nurses and Michael the dentist were professional, kind and helpful. Good savings on treatments with the monthly plan too. Thanks again!
