Manor Square Dental Practice

Requested to be in a bigger room with my partner while he was having work done as he is petrified of needles and the dentist but when asking the receptionist to accommodate for him by putting us in a bigger room so that we could all comply with government guidelines with social distancing. The reply I got was very rude, unhelpful and not accommodating in any way. Really unhappy with their customer service skills and their lack of sensitivity. Not only that but it took them 15 minutes to answer the phone when it was only myself in the queue!

As I'm one of those extremely anxious about dentist it was very scary to go there. I've had my tooth taken out by Dr. Laura Frost with support of her amazing assistant (unfortunately don't know her name). I felt nothing but understanding my fear and they were very supportive on every stage of this appointment. I went through heart rise and shaking hands at the beginning to smile on my half feeling face 😁 at the end very smoothly. Thank you again.

Visited James the technician for some dental work, both he and Chelsea provided an excellent relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I am really pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending James.

I had a routine check up and was found that a tooth needed some serious work. They didn't charge me until I came back two months later for a rather large filling. Brilliant work, I actually forgot the next day that I'd had a lot of work done. Not a big fan of injections, didn't feel a thing. Plus I got a free polish whilst waiting!

My sons newly repaired front filling has come out for the 2nd time in a week. I've been on hold for 12 minutes for the switchboard to be closed for the evening! I was no1 in the queue the whole time. My son is devastated to be going to school again with the broken front tooth look. I would say this is bad luck but only 3 months ago my back filling took 3 attempts at being re filled before it stayed in! Either the product is poor or your bonding process isn't working. You are too busy for repeat appointments for the same job!

Turned up for my routine check up with a broken tooth. I couldn’t have been treated better. Dr Laura Frost repaired my tooth quickly and painlessly. Absolutely top class service. Ten stars from me.

I have only praise to offer for the exceptional dental care I have received since I became a patient at Manor Square..From reception to the dentists chair it is obvious that the practice is based on professional ethics and dedicated team work. Thank you to all involved... Since writing the above review some twelve months have passed, and, most recently I needed a rather lengthy emergency proceedure.... With Covid 19 now ruling all our lives the team have risen to the challenges. Every precaution is taken to ensure patient and staff safety whilst still offering and maintaining the same high standards. Thank you yet again Manor Square Dental Practice...
