Caring approach experienced by both dentists. Saw Mark throughout my adult life so built and developed 100% trust in that man. We appear to be going in the same direction with the new team 🙂

Don’t get pressured into paying for Dental work at this now private practice. £27 just to look at your teeth. This did not include any cleaning. Just a very bad attitude and pressure to pay £180 for a filling I probably don’t need. My family had been going here for 30 yrs. Apparently we have all had reminders and because we didn’t attend we will now be struck off and expected to pay £60 for a check up as we are not able to get treatment on the NHS. Another expense! There is no care, very poor customer service and pressure selling. The receptionist however is lovely. Avoid at all costs.

We’ve been with the practice many years and it’s lovely to see, following Mark’s retirement, that we’ve got a great new dentist and team. We recently attended for a check-up and Komal put us all at ease, including two very nervous children, and all of the new staff were really nice - thank you!

Due to not been able to get an appointment due to the NHS funding,this surgery decided to take me and family off there list as we had not been in in 2 years,not our fault because they could not offer us an nhs appointment, talked to the receptionist who was not helpful at all,asked to speak to the manager who told us we could come down for an appointment but it would cost at least £300 for me and the family to come down,I have been with this dentist for 30+ years and this is how they treat you,money talks at this dental surgery unfortunately . Funny how the surgery only replies to reviews that have give them 5 star ratings and not the ones that criticise them,truth hurts

I have been at this dentist over 25 years and that last few times I have been its nowhere near the usual standard of wesley dental care. The new owners seem driven by money than satisfaction. Collared them about letting patients know about changes to the practice (which any good dentist would do) instead they turned round and said how do you expect us to let 1200 patients know? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Last time I went they only cleaned my top set of teeth and charged me for a full scale and Polish My mum also at the dentist for a long time has the same issues. She was charged for a full scale and Polish destipe only going for a checkup. Then was pressured into a 500 treatment as to which the dentist said after we might need to do further treatment which would be upwards off 1000. Left the dentist that day, they then rang multiple times that day to pressure for a deposit before they can book her in again. Poorly run bad management and a rubbish attitude towards loyal clients with no continuity. Will be looking for a new dentist ASAP. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off

Amazing service. The Dentist were all great. I feel so much better. A nice new smile.
