A very satisfying experience. I have had extensive work done on my teeth in the past and was a little wary of changing dentists after 15 years. Both the dentist and hydenist were kind, friendly ,Knowledgeable and very professional. I immediately felt at ease . Highly recommend 👌

First of all let me say I am a nervous patient and have had bad experiences in the past. Unlike other dental practices where there are multiple dentists in one place and you feel like things are rushed in order to see as many patients as possible. this experience was very different. From the moment I walked in it felt warm and inviting with a lovely receptionist who booked me in. I didnt get her name but she was pleasant and chatty. As it was my first visit I had a check up and some X rays taken. The actual room was very different from other dentist surgeries ive been in. It was smaller and warm. It felt less clinical and there was calming music playng the whole time. Kamal explained all the X rays in detail, something no other dentist has done before and all the options for treatment going forward. Claire who I spoke to the week before explaining I was nervous and hadnt been to a dentist for about 6 years was very calming and reassuring. She assisted Kamal and everything was calm and not rushed. I felt that they cared and wanted the best experience for me. Although I had no treatment this time I felt very much calmer and at ease then when ive visited the dentest before. Im back for treatment next week and certainly dont feel nervous about going back

The staff were all so kind and made me feel relaxed. They did a really thorough job on my teeth and I was super happy with the results.
