My experience was incredibly positive and reassuring from start to finish. I trusted Dr. Jam completely. He took the time to thoroughly assess my case over several months and always made me feel that I was in very safe hands. Twenty years ago, I had a very bad experience with an implant abroad, which damaged my gum, my smile, and my confidence. Dr. Jam had to remove the failed implant and treat and clean four very large cysts, making this a particularly complex procedure. Despite everything, I can’t stop smiling. This is just the beginning of the new me. I am so grateful to Dr. Jam and his wonderful team for their care, professionalism, and kindness. I highly recommend .😀

The staff at the Smile Showroom are incredibly friendly and I always feel welcome whenever I visit. Dr Jam and Dr Holly are exceptional at making you feel comfortable and cared for throughout your procedure. The practice’s aesthetic is truly unique and stands out from other dental practices I’ve visited, and the environment is also spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

It was my first visit to the Smile Showroom yesterday and as a nervous patient I was extremely surprised that when I came out I was in a great mood! Jam and Holly were so wonderful from the get go and made me feel very at easy. During my hygiene appointment with Holly she was extremely gentle and it was possibly the best hygiene appointment I have ever had. I have been looking for a dentist to go to for a while and I am glad to have found one that I finally feel comfortable and confident with. I would recommend this dentist to any nervous patient. A special shout out as well to Carly who welcomed me to the practice, was there for my hygiene appointment and then sorted signing me up to a dental plan - she was fabulous on text before my appointment and just as lovely at the appointment. Very rare that a practice offers weekend appointments but Smile Showroom do and this is super convenient!

I honestly can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Dr Jam was fantastic - he was very professional and took the time during each appointment to explain what was happening. I would definitely recommend Dr Jam and the whole smile showroom team to anyone who is looking for a caring and professional dentist. Visited the hygienist for a clean because I couldn't get an appointment with my usual hygienist. I usually find it fairly painful but here they were so gentle, it was completely pain free and they removed all my heavy staining from smoking.

I had an EMS Airflow cleaning done at Smile Showroom, and Holly was amazing. She explained everything as she went, kept things super comfortable, and had such a gentle, reassuring touch. The Airflow treatment felt thorough but way more pleasant than a traditional cleaning — my teeth have literally never felt this smooth. Dr. Jam was great too: friendly, professional, and clear with his guidance. The whole place has a really welcoming vibe. Super happy with my visit — highly recommend Smile Showroom, especially Holly for Airflow! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
