I had phoned at short notice for an appointment and was seen three hours later. My problem was dealt with professionally and very effectively. Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Prompt and very efficient. Quietly gave me a summary of each part of the process as I had two implants placed. Very assuring and very professional.

I was pleased with my visit and felt that the new dentist took time to get to know me (as it was my first visit since Helen’s retirement). What I would like to note is that the costs of treatments at the practice have reached ridiculous heights, to the point where I am considering leaving the practice (having been there for 30 years and being the third generation of my family to use this dentist). £430 for two fillings is absolutely absurd, private practice or not, especially when we pay £20 a month for DenPlan.

All the staff act professionally and are very courteous. The surgery has a nice atmosphere and is clean, with well-maintained surroundings. My appointments are always on time, and overall, it's a pleasure to attend for my treatment.
