I had a scale and polish and it was actually quite relaxing. The water is warm and it somehow seemed gentler than other scale and polish treatments I have had elsewhere. I would highly recommend it if you don’t look forward to a scale and polish! The end result was great. I had some protective paste put on afterwards and was advised not to eat or drink for a short while afterwards. The surroundings are lovely and calming and the service was unhurried and welcoming.

I had a consultation with Kasia and she was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything very clearly — what my current situation is, what I can expect going forward, and all the available options. She is very friendly, professional, and clearly knows her job very well. I would also like to mention the girls at the reception — they were all very welcoming and friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the clinic!

Customer service was great from the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and clean. My dental treatment was 10/10, and there was a noticeable difference compared with any other dental practice I have attended. A very happy customer 😊

I had a great experience with Karan. He was very professional, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my GBT appointment. Karan explained everything clearly and took his time to make sure I was happy with the treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!

I would totally recommend Zenith Dental Practice for any nervous dental patient. As someone who had a traumatic experience as a child that meant no dental visits in my adulthood, I was faced with needing dental treatment and a phobia that meant I couldn't get into a dental chair without an anxiety attack. Kasia, Dr Mani and all of the dental team supported me at every stage, starting off with telephone conversations, intial appointments set at my own pace and gave advice based on my needs and best for my health. They offer different varients of sedation, including GA which I had and I can honestly say it has helped me on my journey to become less anxious in this setting. Their care and compassion for wanting the best for me is next to none. Thank you

Today I had a extraction and bone graft procedure to enable a future tooth implant Dr Karan Maini explained each step of procedure which was very reassuring and put me at ease - though out the procedure Dr Karan Maini explained the next the steps which gave me reassurance everything was going to plan Nurse Marcy who excellent at client care and interaction was checking in with me throughout and made me also feel that everything was going well. Marcy was very efficient during the procedure Dr Karan Maini explained the medication I should use over the next few days which again reassured me of any side effects from the procedure Overall I can fault anything about my experience and the procedure today and I would strongly recommend Dr Karan Maini and Nurse Marcy to carry out dentist procedures Also the staff at the reception desk are friendly and engaging- so overall even with a tooth extraction I had a great experience at Zenith Detal Clinic Nottingham
