I had a really lovely consultation at Stella Dental, from stepping inside and being offered a drink to the consultation where the dentist took me through the whole Invisalign process. They were really friendly, checked I was okay with each step, and have clear explanations of everything. I had a scan and x-ray of my teeth, and would really recommend Stella Dental!

Extremely disappointed with the communication. I was expecting a call back regarding a dental issue, but when they finally called, they stayed silent on the line and then simply hung up. When I tried to call back immediately, I was stuck in a loop of automated menus with no way to reach a human being. No one bothered to call back after the disconnected call either. Very unprofessional for a clinic that claims to provide high-quality care. If you can't even handle a simple phone call, I wouldn't trust the clinical service.
