Appointment was on time, professional service, £80 for 20minutes start to finish??? Not a bad hourly rate! If I have one piece of constructive criticism it would be having to fill in the medical forms start to finish every time I attend the clinic. Would it not be possible to attach the previous medical forms and ask if anything has changed? You would only need to alter minimum sections of the form rather than filling the entire form saving time and frustration.

Another wonderful experience with Andrew Sidebottom today, for botox injections to treat my TMD mainly muscular difficulties. He really listens to what you have to say, (which speaks volumes about who he is as a professional and how much he cares about his patients) communicates with care and empathy and has never failed yet in creating a warm, reassuring and comfortable environment, which is calming when you're dealing with chronic pain. I'd highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their TMJ or TMD disorders.

I had a very poor experience with Dilshan. I did not feel I was given enough information or clear explanation about my treatment options before my upper teeth were removed. I left feeling worried and unsure, especially because I believe some teeth may not have needed removing. I now feel I need to seek a private second opinion because I do not feel confident with the care and communication I received.

My dentist DARPAN REKHI is lovely, very professional and courteous, great at relaxing people who don't particularly like visits to the dentists. I can't comment for any other dentists at the surgery (because I've not been treated by them), but the receptionist team and friendly.

I have never been to a dentist practice where all the staff are so caring. I am an anxious patient and each dentist I have seen has taken the time to make me feel relaxed.
