Tavistock Drive Dental Care

I had a wonderful experience at the Tavistock Drive Dental Care with a dental emergency. Everybody was so nice and helpful. My dentist was incredibly empathetic and professional, and she was able to help me during two appointments. I'm so glad I was their patient. I would definitely go back to their practice anytime. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. A big thank you to the entire team.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone at this practice. Myself and my husband have recently been taken on here the service is second to none the whole team are so kind and caring. I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist and this team have taken such good care of both of us. Nothing has been too much trouble they have all been very friendly given excellent service and made this whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this team especially if like me you are very nervous. We are now sorted out with our treatment and are happy to be on 6 month check ups. Visiting my new dentist was an absolute pleasure. The dentist at this practice is extremely outgoing, informed and has given me invaluable tips on how to look after my teeth. The reception team are also personable but professional. I would highly reccomend this dental practice. Thank you for everything.

Went for the first time yesterday as I needed to have a complicated root canal which wasn't covered by my usual NHS dentist. They were fabulous, so polite, made me feel very welcome and comfortable, both Stef and Laura were great throughout the whole process. It's converted me to getting private dental care i shall be coming back.

I am pleased to provide the following comments in support of my 5 star rating. Without exception, the experience received as a patient is of friendly service, outstanding dental expertise and great care.

I had an unpleasant experience here today . I came to clean my teeth and was told it would cost me £152 . I was then told there was a thirty minutes slot and I could have this done . Half way into cleaning , I was then told I needed to book another appointment to have the teeth fully cleaned for an additional cost of £98. I wish I was told this from the beginning. I felt unfairly treated as I left without having my teeth fully cleaned after paying £152. I also could not get an additional booking for less than £98 despite appealing for same considering the initial gap in communication from the Dentistry . Furthermore, the lady at the reception was shockingly very rigid and disrespectful . She continued on that negative note even after I agreed to pay the additional £98. Though I do not see a justification for paying £250 to clean my teeth considering that I did not have any underlying problem with my teeth . My experience was totally shocking .

I have been a patient with Tavistock Drive Dental Care for several decades. It has always provided excellent service with great sensitivity and professionalism. The current team fulfil all that and are very friendly, providing advice and options with no pressure on me to have cosmetic treatments. They maintain a great continuity for the treatments I have had previously and request for the future. Thank you
