I’ve had an excellent experience with mydentist Bramcote. The whole team is incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The dentist is always so kind, reassuring, and attentive, making every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. The dental nurses are equally polite, helpful, and genuinely caring, which really makes a difference. I’ve also visited the hygienist, who was absolutely amazing at her job — very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional while still making me feel at ease throughout the appointment. The practice itself runs very smoothly and efficiently, and I’ve been especially impressed with how accommodating they are when arranging appointments, particularly when I needed later appointment times. The reception team truly go the extra mile to help. They are always friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of care and customer service provided by the whole team. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, supportive, and well-run dental practice.

Amazing dentist! Receptionist are very helpful and caring but credit has to go to Maria Cristina Silva, a very professional knowledgeable dentist, she is thorough and kind, she really goes above and beyond and I feel so comfortable going there. Awful service, rude staff never on time all ways running late. The practice can cancel appointments with 12 hours notice is fine, but if you cancel appointments then it’s an issue. Never call back when they say.

Brilliant dentist. Went in a week ago and they were actually taking on new NHS patients (!!). Really easy to sign up and only had to wait a week for a checkup appointment. Appointment was pretty much on time, dentist was brilliant. Really knew her stuff and was friendly and funny. Was able to clean my teeth as part of the checkup so they look a lot better now. All staff were honestly great. Extremely happy.

This is one of the best dentist I've been to. I'm a bit nervous, and haven't gone for a while. I was treated by Maria Silva; she's brilliant - so kind and explained every step she was doing with understanding and empathy. Best visit I've had at the dentist in 30 years because of her! Appointment booking was easy and hassle free, reception staff were also friendly. Clean environment, and most of all pricing is competitive and affordable!
