Poringland Dental Practice - Invisalign Specialists

My wife had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. She was made to feel extremely uncomfortable during her appointment, which led her to submit a formal complaint. Management responded by saying they would get back to her, but they failed to do so. Instead, they cancelled her future appointment without any explanation. It is very frustrating that when a patient raises a genuine concern, it appears the practice would rather ignore the issue than address it properly. Based on this experience, I have advised her to contact the DCS and report the matter.

My wife and I have been patients of Poringland Dental practice for many years and have always received excellent treatment from all members of staff throughout that time. We have undergone a range of treatments including extractions, fillings, dentures, regular check-ups, and cleaning and been helped by their emergency service on occasion so we would highly recommend this practice for all your dental requirements.

Great service. I see Dr Mariusz who is very professional and goes above and beyond. All staff are very friendly. Lucy the receptionist is lovely. Free parking is a bonus too.

Had a good check up, clean and polish with Justyna. She and the nurse know that I’m nervous and they were great and gave me breaks in between. All went very well.

Oh my goodness what a wonderful dentist I have. I'm almost 70, lived in many different cities and have never been treated so well ever. I am a very frightened patient but have been totally put at ease with his very calm and gentle way and fully supported in the same way by his dental nurse. I can't recommend enough. This is a lovely Dental Practice. As a former Dental nurse I knew what I was looking for and have found it here! Upon entering the waiting room the staff are welcoming and friendly and I felt reassured that this was a caring environment. No, it is not a fancy building, but there's a certain sense of grounding to it, a community in itself, which other dentists seem to lose in a quest to become too modern and sterile. I am extremely happy with Mariusz, he is very approachable and friendly, he is gentle and his attention to detail is excellent - matching those of my old boss. I trust him to do a thorough job! Poringland Dental Practice is a friendly, hygienic and very professional Practice. Being disabled I was greeted by Gemma who seeing the difficulties in opening doors quickly assisted in opening the doors so I was able to get in from the cold weather. The Dentist (Dr Mariusz) I had to deal with my teach/oral hygiene and filling was an exceeding professional gentleman in his field. He puts patients at their ease, tells the patient exactly what he is going to do. His work is superb, takes pride in his work and answers any questions you might have. I would recommend this Practice very highly. It’s a Practice that is exceptionally clean, professional and friendly staff who go the extra mile to give their patients peace of mind.
