I had a really positive experience at Norwich Dental Clinic. The team was incredibly supportive and understanding, especially during an urgent situation. They arranged an appointment very quickly and truly helped save my tooth. The care and professionalism I received made me feel reassured and in safe hands. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and kindness. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend very good Dentist! Very friendly staff got me in quickly explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. Called them up after needing treatment was in for an emergency appointment within a few days, was late and they were still able to help me, Later on in the day i needed further treatment and they got me in the same evening, after they’d closed! Same again today I needed further treatment and they got me in within a few hours which has helped a lot. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks to Mo, Dr. Maz & Marjan and everyone else who helped me!

Had a cracked tooth, rang up to get it checked out. Got an appointment in the afternoon. So really happy with the time it took to get seen. Felt so comfortable in my appointment. Felt really cared for by Inga who explained everything through relevant to the problem. Amanda on reception was so easy to chat to. Really happy with my first visit there. Definitely would recommend to anyone

I had quite a lot of anxiety going into my appointment today, but Ash and Jade were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were both so kind, patient, and reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease. Ash explained everything clearly and checked in with me throughout, which really helped calm my nerves. Jade was just as lovely and supportive, making the whole experience feel much less overwhelming. I’m so grateful for how understanding they both were — it made a huge difference. Thank you both for turning what I was really worried about into such a positive experience.

Visited for the first time today. Saw a lovely dentist called Inga who really put me at ease. The whole team of receptionist and assistant were welcoming and friendly. My dental plan was explained and I was constantly reassured during the filling I needed. I was nervous about finding a new dentist after moving to area recently but was very happy with my visit feel much more relaxed about future visits.

Maz and Stella were amazing. Maz has been my dentist for over 3 years and I cannot recommend him enough for how caring and good he is. Definitely recommend them!

It’s always a joy visiting Norwich Dental Care. You’re welcomed at the door, today by Amanda, and the chairs in the waiting area are the most supportive and comfortable. Marjan came through to get me and again, I’m welcomed like an old friend. Dr Mas asks how I am and how I’ve been. He brings things into the conversation that indicate he’s read my notes and knows what he’s doing. All of this, from the front door to the chair, reassures me. If I were nervous about the dentist, this would all help me relax. And the check up goes beyond today, with advice on cleaning, toothpaste, etc being offered. I’m 68 and had my first dentist for 40 years. I’ve had six others since and Norwich Dental Care are by far the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
