I had a great experience with L&Y dental and especially the dentist treating me, Priyanka Shah. She's been great and I can not recommend her enough! I needed an emergency appointment I was seen on short notice , on a Saturday, and she helped me out of my pain and fixed the issue in two appointments during which she has been really attentive, professional explaining everything what she is doing before and during the treatment. I definitely recommend L&Y Dental!

Tried to pressure me into getting whitening, extra teeth with composite bonding, and a full set of Invisalign when I booked in for one composite bonding... Dentist without consent scanned my teeth and applied extreme amount of pressure with the a trainee on my gum and teeth and had to go to a gp and my NHS dentist to sort the problem out. Would never recommend to come here as they do not care and will damage your teeth and will send you multiple emails of different services they keep recommending. I also fortunately am smart enough to not be pressured in real life by the treatment coordinator to pay in real life and have it via email. I did not pay and told him firmly send it in email my team will review it I will not pay until reviewed, he still booked the appointment - despite telling me that I need to pay to book it which I told him I won’t do as I need it in writing. Luck was on my side as I did not pay and did not gladly carry on with treatment. I explained the damage and pain I had experienced to them and firmly told them I will not be taking any further conversation or treatment with them despite them pushing for unnecessary treatment.

Very professional and friendly service always. absolutely over the moon with the work they carried out for me at such short notice…thank you Charlie and Jane for making me laugh from the minute I walked in to the minute I left…. And of course My Dentist Brianca 10/10…also for making my daughter so comfortable with all the little gifts …..(Charlie) 😊

I recently had composite bonding done here and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The dentist was really professional and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect and natural. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish. The reception team and all the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — they make you feel completely at ease as soon as you walk in. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone considering cosmetic dental work!

Be cautious with this clinic. Make sure you fully understand the deposit, treatment fees, and any charges related to future appointment commitments. In my experience, the receptionist did not explain additional fees for follow-up appointments, and when I asked for clarification later, I was made to feel uncomfortable. I originally booked a standard £75 hygienist appointment, but during the session—while I was unable to speak properly—the hygienist told me I needed a deep clean instead. It left me in an awkward position with no real opportunity to discuss it. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and felt pressured into extra costs. I won’t be returning.

The team at L&Y Dental are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and patient. I had many questions at different points and everyone has been great. At every stage so far I have been made to feel very comfortable and each step of the process has been explained well. I've now completed my invisaline treatment and it was one of the best things I've ever done, I didn't think my teeth were that bad before but now I absolutely love them and I get so many compliments. Thank you Dr Yasmin! The dental surgery is very welcoming, super clean and fresh. By far the best dental experience I've ever had! Thank you L&Y Dental the whole team is amazing!
