I had a hygiene appointment with Mona, and she was amazing! She was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. I explained my fear due to previous negative experiences with other dental hygienists, and she was so patient and reassuring throughout the appointment. She constantly checked that I was comfortable and explained each step of the treatment, which really helped put me at ease. I’m so happy to have finally found a hygienist who is gentle, understanding, and genuinely dedicated to providing the best care for her patients. I will definitely be returning for future appointments with Mona and would highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about dental hygiene treatments.

I recently had composite bonding done at Dene Dental Practice with Dr Samaha and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I had a tooth extraction and I was very nervous. They made me feel very calm. No pain at all during the treatment and gave me excellent aftercare advise. They even called me after the weekend to see how I was.

My previous experience with a hygienist at another practice had been very traumatic so I had been researching for quite some time, to find a 'gentle hygienist'. Of course everyone tells you, yes we are gentle but having experienced what I did at another place, I wanted to be absolutely sure. I called Dene Dental Practice based on their Google reviews and I spoke to Andreea. She quickly put me at ease, didn't make me feel silly for asking how their hygienist was and for just telling her exactly what I had been through and what I was looking for. She was very kind and this is also what I experienced as soon as I arrived for my appointment. There's just something calming about her and she makes you feel understood. When I met Mona and Melina, this was exactly the same. They explained everything thoroughly and took time to understand my concerns. They asked me throughout the treatment if I was ok. I felt safe. The actual procedure itself was outstanding. They were gentle and caring. I was 110% satisfied with my visit. I cannot thank ALL three of them enough. They are the most kindest practice and I can understand why they would already have a 5 star Google rating. I can't recommend them enough. I had a great experience at Dene Dental Practice. My extraction was handled smoothly and efficiently by Dr. Samaha, who made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
