I had a fantastic experience at Northwood Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Menesh Is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and the clear treatment plan provided. Whether you’re going in for a routine cleaning or something more involved, you’re in great hands here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

The service at reception was definitely excellent and everything ran so smoothly. The questions and information I needed was provided well and the receptionist was so nice and understanding as well as the nurse who saw me. I really had a positive and comfortable appointment which I am very thankful for. 100% recommend.

Suki is absolutely the best receptionist in the world!!! She ìs an absolute asset to Northwood Dental Practice! I could not praise and recommend her highly enough. She is really professional and friendly and accommodating at all times, she is a real gem. There is no other dental surgery in London that I would go to. Well done Suki and thank you for being so great.:) Northwood Dental Pracice are really lucky to have you!!! I must also say Dr Avneet is the best dentist in the world!!!!!!!! She is super professional, so friendly and kind and incredibly patient. She makes me feel so at ease every time which is so important. Dr Avneet is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life and I only feel confident in her hands. Doctors like Dr Avneet are so rare in this world and I could not recommend and praise her highly enough. Thank you Dr Avneet, you are simply the best!!!

While I had a good experience with the Dentist, receptionist was very rude to my family. all the reviews are consistent. They prioritise private patients over NHS (not the best interest of the patients). There are better more welcoming dental practices in the area.

I am writing a review of the terrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist who received my call (the large number of NEGATIVE reviews of the receptionist alone says it all). She flatly refused entertaining my request to book an oral assessment for my child and without any logical reason - and to top it all the receptionist just told me - to go to the nearest NHS clinic and if we have registered with NHS why are we calling them? I was so agast with this response . If there was half a star /zero/ negative star on Google review would give them that. They certainty do need to train their staff on the benefit and value of customer /patient satisfaction. Don’t go to them unless it’s an emergency and in any which case there are a number of better dental clinics around the area with much Better services.

I have been going to this practise for my son since 4-5 years and have always been prompt with appointments and communication! But I’ve always felt the receptionist was bit a strange and the way she would communicate would come across as rude to me . But recently they charged my son £27 for a 2 mins check up for which my son traveled from Aylesbury.(£25 ticket charge ). I just called up the practice and said if you had mentioned that this would be charged I probably would’ve cancelled because it is not worth it . For that the receptionist started defending her act like she was doing me a big favour by calling and fixing an appointment and now you expect me to say you’ll be charged!! She said that she has entered in the system that this was communicated 5 years ago! Who remembers this really !!!?? Pls learn to be a little more sensitive and respectful ! For you £27 may be a small amount but for my son he earns it and spending that much is huge ! Show some respect! Never going back there and will not recommend anyone as well! I wish there was 0 star rating !

Really pleased - fantastic service especially from Suki the receptionist (she's amazing - so efficient, helpful and goes beyond and above) at the surgery. She's a credit to Northwood Dental. Highly recommended.
