He made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I was well looked after. The treatment was carried out very gently, and I am very happy with the results. Excellent experience at Tangmere Dental Practice for my routine hygiene visit. The appointment started exactly on time, and the team was professional throughout. As an extremely nervous patient, I usually dread the dentist, but this was a completely different experience. I had an emergency appointment and filling, and I didn’t feel the injections at all. Dr Noreen Khan was incredibly kind, constantly reassuring me and checking I was okay. I felt at ease the whole time. So grateful- highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous! I’ve been seeing my dentist Noreen for over 10 years now and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is always incredibly professional, polite, and welcoming, and she has a wonderful way of making you feel completely comfortable and at ease during every appointment. What really stands out is the care and attention she gives to preventative dentistry. Since being under her care, I haven’t needed a single new filling, which really shows how dedicated she is to helping patients maintain healthy teeth rather than just treating problems. Her calm manner, clear explanations, and consistent professionalism make every visit a positive experience. I’m very grateful to have such a skilled and caring dentist looking after my dental health. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this practice. I have a documented mobility issue and a clear note on my file stating that I cannot use stairs. Despite this, I have repeatedly been booked into upstairs rooms, including at my most recent appointment. On this occasion, my appointment was at 3:35pm, and due to being incorrectly booked upstairs again, I was left waiting nearly an hour to be seen. I also had my 4-year-old child with me, which made the situation even more difficult. This is not the first time this has happened, which is concerning. It suggests that important patient information is not being properly checked or acted upon when appointments are booked. As a result, I experienced unnecessary stress, discomfort, and inconvenience, especially after taking time off work. I would strongly urge the practice to improve how they manage patient records and ensure that reasonable adjustments are consistently followed. Patients should not have to repeatedly raise the same issue. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no one else has to go through the same experience.

All staff were polite and professional. The dentist listened to all my issues and was happy to answer all my questions during my visit, she gave me clear helpful advice, and was very thorough with her treatment of me. Very happy with their service.
