I’ve been coming to this orthodontist for some time, and while the treatment itself has been fine, the receptionist really brings down the whole experience. She’s quite rude and unwelcoming — it often feels like she’s disinterested in helping and just wants you to leave as quickly as possible. Her tone and attitude make visits feel uncomfortable, which is disappointing when you’re coming in for care. A bit more friendliness and professionalism at the front desk would make a huge difference.
