Grange Park Dental Practice - Northampton

Myself and my daughters are with this dentist surgery. They are without doubt fantastic! Easy to say but they really are. over the years they've gone out of their way to get us in with emergencies and never let us down. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional and we have 100% fairh in our dentists to do yhe right things by us. They've always explained and where possible shown us on trays any issues and their solutions so we know what's going on. I seriously doubt we could find a better surgery. Thank you.

I don’t like the new Linda AI Receptionist - very impersonal. I do however like Ewelina and her assistant today - very thorough hygienist, with excellent knowledge. Very caring service provided for an extremely anxious patient . Thank you.

My lasts two appointments have been canceled, I have been waiting to see about getting a cap Done on a tooth that has been filled twice, the next stage was discussed previously that I would need to go for cap, however I was booked with somebody who couldn't discuss this with me, so I have paid for a session today only to told I have to pay to go see another dentist who csn discuss a crown with me. Something is wrong here?? Whikst the lady was lovely and not her fault, the system is not right snd unfair. I should have been informed before the appointment that who I was seeing woulfny be able to help?

I was at the dentist practise today and the Dentist and his nurse were just fantastic. Let me go to the lady who I saw on the reception, she was fantastic, smiling all the way. Very polite and professional. 5 star for me🙂

I turned up with my tooth falling out and no appointment and was asked to wait and they will see what they can do. 2 hours later I was taken in and it was removed without pain. Very polite and very helpful.

My daughter 11year old since we registered by grange park dental last year she only has one regular check up appointment. Due date for next appointment which is after 6 months later they been cancelled and rescheduled twice. Try to contact them by phone only AI can help.Now we’re in the waiting list again for next regular check up appointment this is so annoying I concern she maybe need braces but we never get chance to discuss with real people.

I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. The dentist explained the reasons as to why such a long wait. The dentist was thorough, polite and informative. Would be 5* if I didn’t have to wait so long sat on a wooden chair. Communication too would have been helpful.
