Hygienist Appointment As this was my first Hygenist appointment I was a little nervous as people are happy to share negative experiences!! I was collected from the waiting room with a friendly smile and equally into the treatment room where Shannon welcomed me, made me comfortable and put me at ease after explaing everything to me. She was very reassuring throughout the proceedure, ensuring I was conformable at all times. All in all a very positive experience and I can only thank Shannon for her professionalism and kindness.

I have been with the practice over 20 years and have always received excellent care and Treatment from Andrew. Although they have gone private now the practice plan that covers check ups etc is good value and the range of treatments used has improved as they are not bound by NHS rules. Highly recommended from my perspective.

Had my first appointment today at Duston Dental Practice with Ana and assistant Meg. I’m a nervous patient so was full of trepidation. Wow, what a brilliant experience, both of these wonderful ladies did everything they could to put me at my ease, we even ended up laughing. I have no hesitation to go back now to continue my treatment, and to have regular visits to keep on top of things. Thank you so much Ana and Meg.

As usual Mr Lamb worked his magic and fixed my broken tooth within a very short period. I had been in agony for a couple of days and after treatment I was so much better. Thank you again Mr Lamb - you are amazing. You are so helpful and kind.

I had a series of appointments to have teeth extracted and a top palate made. I was always made to feel welcome and relaxes about it all. Rachel performed the extractions without any disconfort to me, and made big effort to get my impressions just right and then took extra care to get the finished article to fit perfectly. The palate was so comfortale on day one that I only took it out when I went to bed. I am really impressed and grateful for the standard of professional care shown by all the staff.

I was very anxious and worried about having a deep filling done. I travelled from London to see Shivani for my filling and I cannot believe the amazing experience I had with her. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional and so gentle that I almost fell asleep during the procedure. I would highly recommend Shivani and the practice to anyone that would like to have a genuinely caring and great dentist.

On Thursday 14th May I attended Duston Dental practice for the first time,I was blown away by the surgery and its staff,here I met my surgeon for the first time Dr Shiv Amlani,what a guy! he is professional! I also noticed he is sympathetic, caring and understanding to my current situation which I found touching,I was in the surgery for almost an hour,Dr Amlani was so attentive to detail,over the years I've had many dental surgeon's who have all sparkled...but Dr Amlani sparkles the brightest!!,I've even mentioned to some of my work colleagues "if your not registered with a dental practice...then register with Duston!..you won't be disappointed!"...my dental plan is almost Set up..but I have to wait until next week before I can make my first payment, then get the ball rolling,...for the first time in months I feel optimistic about the future, Mr David D Lawson
