Chancery Dental Duston

I’ve been to chancery dental Duston twice now. The first time for a check up and the second a filling today. Caroline and Faith were so patient and welcoming. They noticed I’m terrified of injections and calmly took me through the process and Faith was amazing and offered to hold my hand which really helped! The thought and care they treat their customers with is unmatched. Whenever I call the reception team are always friendly and helpful. The manager of the practice also was really understanding and helpful when I spoke with her on the phone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been looked after by Hannah for many years. She is by far and away the best Hygienist I have ever been treated by. She is patient, kind, caring, professional and above all incredibly thorough. My oral health is the very best it could be. She is inspirational in her advice and teaching on how to keep my mouth as healthy as possible. Thank you Hannah. Maggie Munday.

Me and my husband have been patients of this practice for some years now. It’s a very friendly place, great for anxious patients like me. We recently saw Hannah and Caroline, they were both lovely and very professional. We would both highly recommend this dental practice. All the nurses and reception staff are great too.

On my first visit all I can say is...I wish I had discovered Chancery Dental sooner! Expert advice from a dentist that actually cares about the health of your teeth. Professional staff from reception to the dentists and assistants. Friendly atmosphere makes you feel totally relaxed even when in the dental chair (And I am usually a nervous patient!). First time user. Location was easy to find and both outside and in was clean and presentable. All staff from reception to dentist were friendly, polite and professional. Pricing is good and staff offer advice without being pushy. All together, very good.

My first time here, but not my first time to a dentist, that's for sure. I'm not resident in the UK and needed to keep up with my teeth cleaning schedule. Chancery quicky agreed to see me and treat me once I had my records transferred here, which my dentist did. Staff set up the appointment, and I was treated by Richard who was polite, informative and totally painless. If I could say it was a pleasure, I would, but who really likes sitting in a dentist chair for 45 minutes? Of all my teeth cleaning appointments this was the least unpleasant I have ever had.
