I have been a patient at Appletree for a few years. I first went there with a dread of dental visits and the professional, caring and friendly approach by everyone there has totally removed my anxiety. Highly recommended.

Went almost 2 years ago and Appletree was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. Wasn't going to leave a review but felt I have to as its bothered me ever since and I haven't been back to the dentist because of it. Saw the dentist Joanne. She has the bedside manor of a underpaid school matron. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job. I was preparing for bad news as my teeth are struggling and it's really effecting me mentally and as it turned out she annihilated me. She talked to me like id never brushed my teeth in my whole life when the truth is there must be a medical reason for my suffering teeth as I have brushed my teeth twice a day for as long as I've been able to pick up a toothbrush. Needed help, ANY type of help and all got was a cold blunt consultation. I felt I'd been attacked.. I'm a 50 year old bloke so my skin is quite thick but after that meeting I felt there was no hope, absolutely none..... The building and set up was great and easy to get to. The Receptionist was absolutely lovely but I won't be back.

I am very nervous with the dentists and had to get this big root canal treatment done - I was really really nervous . But doctor Brian was not only able to put me at ease , he made sure that during 2 hour procedure I have not felt pain once - always checking in how I am feeling. I truly had amazing experience - he is not only great professional but also has amazing people skills. I can't thank him enough and will be moving all my dental care to this clinic!

Used this dentist for a long time I missed an appointment as I was away. I was informed I would be charged £100 non attendance fee which was fine but was then told the dentist wouldn’t actually see me again. I said ok but I was never informed of a recharge. Was told would have been written on your appointment card, which I wasn’t given. Not a very nice way to treat long standing customers.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a cheery Receptionist, assured me I was in good hands and not to worry! Thank you cards on the shelves, qualifications on the wall at reception. Dr conor is very pleasant, professional and very informative! Would highly recommend!
