Got root canal done and 1 filling done with Dr. Gerry. If I could give 100 stars I would. Will recommend to anyone to go there. Thank you for very nice and comfortable environment. Girls at the reception so kind and polite. Compliments to all staff.

I had a root canal and a crown fitted with Dr. Gerry Daly and I can not recommend him and the staff at Ballybot enough. I am very anxious about dentist visits and Dr.Gerry was amazing, he put me at ease straight away. Everyone in Ballybot Dental have such a friendly disposition that you can help but feel at ease. Their communication is excellent too. The price was less than half of what I would have paid locally! I am very happy with my treatment and if I need anything else I will definitely be going back, well worth the trip.

Raymond is fantastic at what he does & an absolute gentleman. All the ladies working in Ballybot are so friendly and welcoming.

Very professional service, Sally is a brilliant dentist and hygienist who listens to your concerns and explains everything she is going to do and more. Cannot fault anything. The reception staff are also really welcoming and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I went to Raymond at Ballybot with a "failed" Turkish implant. He took the job on with good grace and utter professionalism. The implant had to come out. The site unable to sustain another implant. There now seemed no solution to fill this unsightly gap. Not giving up, Raymond came up with the idea of removing the crown from the implant beside the gap and replacing it with a crown with "an extension" (my word for it) and so giving me back my smile!!! I was so grateful…. All the while Raymond was kind, optimistic, fun and completely professional…. As were all the members of the team. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!

I can’t recommend Dr Raymond Duffin and his team highly enough—100/100. From the very first emergency appointment to the precise surgical extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth, Dr Duffin was exceptionally professional, gentle, and thorough. I’d braced for days of pain after surgery, but I got home, fell asleep, and woke up completely pain-free. I also experienced no pain during the procedure and the result was perfect. His fees were remarkably fair for the level of expertise and decades of surgical experience he brings. Beyond his clinical skill, Dr Duffin’s warmth, empathy, and genuine care made me feel like a VIP throughout. If you’re looking for a world-class dentist in Newry, Dr Duffin is the one to see!

My wife has been attending this dental surgery for years. I started attending about two years ago. Excellent professional service. Could not recommend them more highly. Dr Mona Baxter is probably the best dentist I have ever attended. Fees are much less than down South which is obviously a bonus. Less than an hour from Swords.
