Great experience. The reception team are brilliant especially Sasha. Beth is very bubbly and smiley, such a friendly and welcoming place to come and have treatment. Emma the nurse is so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a few appointments with Atirah now and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve completed a course of whitening with the goal of replacing a small filler between my two front teeth which we did today- but actually ended up removing most of the original filler for a natural look and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I feel so much more confident in my teeth and also myself in general after today! Atirah and Iman were incredible throughout and made it such an interactive appointment to make sure I was completely happy with the results, and every step along the way. Thank you so much!✨

I have recently changed my dentist to Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic and have been highly delighted with both Dentist and Hygienist. I have never had as good a clean, as with Karen & Inam. They spent a lot of time, carefully cleaning my teeth (which haven’t been done for 18 months, from my previous NHS dentist) letting me stop for a quick breather, before carrying on. My teeth are sparkly white and feel great. Karen cleaned every inch of my teeth, with great care and Inam assisted, with great care too. That is the first time, ever, to have my teeth cleaned so thorough. My husband had the same treatment and shares the same experience. Thankyou so much to both of you and all the very helpful, friendly staff, there.

I attended Newcastle Dental and Implant Clinic today for the very first time. After being with another Practice (and the same dentist for over 35 years before his retirement) I was more than just a little apprehensive. I had no need to worry however, as everyone I came into contact with at the Practice was friendly, professional and showed genuine empathy with the situation I found myself in. My teeth are not the best, nor am I ever relaxed about visiting the dentist, however I was made extremely welcome, and any concerns I had were quickly addressed. I was made to feel as if everyone I came into contact with at the Practice was determined to ensure I would receive the best possible care as well as concise and clear explanations relating to both costs and the necessary treatment I required. From the Receptionists, to the Dental Nurses and of course Simon and Dany you all deserve the highest praise for how you made this nervous patient feel today by providing a first class service. Thank You.

Absolutely fantastic! I went for my hygiene appointment and couldn’t have felt more comfortable around Karen! She did such a brilliant job and was so thorough 🩷 Inam, the dental nurse was so kind and funny and put me right at ease. They both did such an amazing job on my teeth and they feel squeaky clean!!! From the very first visit I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful and this has continued on every visit making every appointment a pleasant one. Marcus I can honestly say has been the best dentist I have had treatment from in terms of professionalism and putting you at ease in all my years of attending dental appointments. I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic as my mother was also expertly cared for by Simon a few months earlier.
