New patient here however I didn't like the way I was treated it's been 3 yrs since I last went to a dentist she told me I have gum desise at stage 2 said I needed a small filling but they couldn't do a filling she said because and I quote we don't fill dirty teeth bare in mind my teeth arnt Rotting or black I just thought wow really how rude ... Thank you for the letter so kind but she did say that about my teeth and told me to come back in 3 months when my teeth are clean if anyone wants to see the appointment date slip they are more than welcome to and refusing to do treatment because teeth are dirty until 3 months time is appalling and then i get sent a letter kicking me off the list because i spoke the truth its a good job im with another dentist and i will also now be making a formal complaint to nhs directly as clearly having an opinion gets you chucked off the dentist list be careful with these dentists as they are far from professional . .. reply to cherry orchard the practice manager has reached out to me no apoligy and removed me from the dentist register

Our son has autism and it took us a long time to find a dentist that would see him. Unfortunately on 2 occasions he has been unwell and unable to make the appointment which we called to cancel and rearrange in plenty of time and new appointments were made at the same time. Despite having a new appointment made on the phone no further communication was given until a letter was received stating he has been removed from the practice. Absolutely shocking and will actively be advising people to avoid this practice.

As soon as one arrives the staff are very welcoming. Mr Neeld is very thorough and professional. He explains in detail the treatment you are to receive. Pain free and I thoroughly recommend Cherry Orchard Dental Practice Newcastle-under-Lyme. Many thanks.

I have been visiting this practice for over 40 years, previously at king Street. All I can say is all the dentists, even going back to Mr Ball have been amazing, kind , gentle and professional. Keep up the great work you do.

My new dentist Claudia is absolutely brilliant at her job she took over from Mark at the practice, who as a family we had seen for 30+ years, the whole practice staff Caroline/Joe and receptionists are all first class , well done 👍

Great dentist, with very friendly staff and super knowledgeable dentist! Zaar puts you at ease and even makes having fillings seem less daunting! Have been going here for over 10 years and would definitely recommend.
