Milehouse Dental Practice - Newcastle Under Lyme

Very clean, efficient and professional. Receptionist staff very helpful. A thorough check up for myself and my daughter as we are new to the practice and everything ran to time perfectly. Parking could be better as there are very few spaces allocated to the dental practice in relation to the size of the car park. Also filling out the initial registration form by hand and then having to complete it again online was time consuming and frustrating but the service itself was impeccable and the waiting room comfortable. Next appointment booked in for 6 months time.

My first time attending Milehouse Dental Practice. I was quite nervous having not been to the dentist since covid. I was made to feel safe and welcome by both reception staff and dentist. My dentist was very gentle and explained everything in a calm and professional manor. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Had really bad experience at this place and was hesitant to return but after finding that my original dentist had left (under a strange cloud) and I'd be with totally different person. I took the chance! My new dentist (Michael) has been so understanding and careful to explain every step we take (correcting the previous dentists terrible work). Tried on my new dentures on last appointment and wow, what a difference, every step is carefully taken to put me totally at ease. Really not looking forward to having the roots extracted that the previous dentist decided to leave in. But so far I've literally had my bad experiences overridden by new positive ones and am confident I'm now in great hands.

This is a great Practice. My wife and I are so lucky to have such a wonderful, experienced dentist, ‘Michael Horton.’ Thankyou for being so professional, for always taking the time to listen and to explain and for genuinely caring for your patients. Nothing is too much trouble, and the end results clearly show that you truly are a Master of your craft. My wife is over the moon with her recent dental work, and your gentle and personable approach make going to the Dentist an absolute pleasure.

I had an emergency appointment, Evripidis Tziokas saw me along side Jodie, my first time as a patient here and despite my anxiety they were very reassuring and honest and I was treated very well, the reception girls were also really nice and have been during phone calls too! Roll on next Friday. The communication so far with the practice has been really clear and efficient I've been able to navigate appointments with ease and comfort. Thanks for today's relief 🦷

I can’t recommend Harie enough! She is such a caring and patient dentist. I’ve always been really nervous about going to the dentist, but thanks to her calm and gentle approach, that fear has finally gone. She takes the time to reassure you and makes the whole experience so much more comfortable. The whole team are just as amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and professional.
