Saville Dental Practice

I have quite bad dental phobia and start feeling anxious at least a week before any appointment. The staff here were incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. I emailed with a few questions and the receptionist was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. She answered everything and even managed to book me in straight away. Mrs Evans is absolutely amazing; she completed the treatment very efficiently and made the whole experience feel much less scary. I first came here while pregnant and returned a few months later for a root canal. I was able to have IV sedation, which helped my anxiety immensely. I didn’t feel anything at all. The calm music in the background, the friendly smiles, and the genuinely warm atmosphere made such a difference. I highly recommend this practice.

Beware if you are a nhs patient they do half your treatment, puncture your sinus (now it’s to the point hospital is needed TO FIX!!! )do not tell you they did it then kick you out of the practice for being late to 1 appointment when you rang to let them know you were on way the bus was running late only to be told no don’t come back we will not be seeing you again over the phone. thinking of taking legal action against them it’s that bad

I have used this practice for many years and as far as I am concerned it is one of the best dental practices in the north east. I am with Phil who is very friendly but at the same time you can see he is concentrated on treating you to the very best standards and more.so professional and I know he has your best interests at heart. Yes I have had one or two appointments cancelled over my time with them but so what that's life. I'm sure they have had a lot of patients cancel or not turned up. Last point the lady's on reception are great and very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this Dental practice to anybody if you want top drawer treatment and a welcoming environment.

Excellent practice, great staff, highly recommended. Andy Robson looked after me for years, so easy going nothing is a problem. I'm now looked after by Jane Wallace, so nice and relaxed just had a extraction today it was a pleasure thank you so much for your time and effort.

No they currently aren’t accepting NHS patients but then no one in Newcastle is. I went in as an emergency and saw a wonderful dentist, honestly the best I’ve ever seen. The staff are wonderful and the surgery is immaculate. The only negative was that it was upstairs, which was a bit of a struggle. I would love to be registered with this surgery. Well done to you all

Booked appointment for my children in November which was confirmed. Received a call on the day cancelling because the dentist was not feeling well. The visit was rescheduled to January 29th. Again confirmed multiple times. I received a call on the day again saying that the dentist wasn't feeling well again and that the visit would be cancelled. What and extraordinary coincidence. So now we have waited 2 months and still haven't had a visit. Terrible.
