My previous experience of dentistry has made me nervous when I've required any dental work. KDIP have changed that. From the calm of the reception area to the detailed explanation of the process and cost of the dentistry I required, I couldn't have wished for more. All the staff are very personable and act with professionalism and calm. I highly recommend KDIP.
The service was very kind, and the receptionist was very friendly. They are wonderful people. The dentists are also highly skilled at detecting cavities and treating teeth very quickly; they are very experienced. The instruments are very well sterilized, and the place is clean. Exceptional treatment for over 30 years. Very thorough and state of the art tools to assist detection of weak areas. Calm, understanding and reassuring care also for my neurodivergent daughter. This has really boosted her confidence.

Generally good and lovely people. But they're was a second issue with email confirmation of the appointments not coming through, it seemed to be a server issue. But whilst my 5 year old daughter has a cavity filled today the hygienist didn't give any after care advice about food to eat or avoid, etc, which would have been good. My daughter said afterwards that it was painful, and the hygienist didn't warn my daughter that they're might be any pain, which was a shame.
All the staff are very friendly and provide a great service. Lesley is very knowledgeable, puts me at ease and makes me feel confident that I'm in safe hands.
KDP I have being going to for many years where the total team at reception and dentists are excellent. And because I was between two appointments as my hair cut and with you I was too early, but while I was waiting I was offered a wonderful hot coffee, how about that for reception above and beyond!! The reception is ever pleasant and dental team professional, explaining the work to be done as in progress
