Really excellent experience can highly recommend. As a nervous patient, I was put completely at my ease. The treatments I had were clearly explained, and painless, yay included a tooth extraction. All staff warm friendly and welcoming, has really helped with my fear of dentist. Thank you

Had my check up today with Claire a new dentist to me she was exceptionally gentle and talked me through exactly what she was doing. Ive always found the staff lovely and chatty. Dawn in particular gives you a lovely welcome and nothing ever seems to much of a problem for her. I regularly need to change appointment times due to work and she's always accommodating my requests. Dawn your a 💎.

Typically expensive private dentist. Increased push for additional chargeable work since change of ownership. Now part of the biggest private equity dental group in Europe, so don't expect the prices to get any cheaper... A piece of my tooth snapped off 3 months after an x-ray, so not sure I see the point of those any more. Thanks for the response, which doesn't really address my issues. I should have added the following to make people aware of the current charging regime. £39.99 to have minor tarter removed by the dentist (that my previous dentist used to easily do within the checkup appointment timeframe for free), or a minimum one hour appointment charge and £99.99 to see the hygienist to do the same just tells you that billing rather than patient care is the real driver here. I was in and out of my checkup within five mins, although they did ring me, asking if they could change my 9am appointment to one slightly later to which I obliged. Like many in this area, I can't find a NHS dentist so I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I acknowledge that the NHS has moved a lot of funding from this are as it's considered 'affluent' from discussions with my previous dentist at this practice, from when we were shifted off the NHS list to private.

I have attended Reid family dental for many years, I can't fault the place. I am always welcomed by Dawn at the desk who has continued to give me and my family excellent care over the years. I would recommend to anyone.

Before I went to the Reid family dental clinic,I used to have abit of fear about dentist,but this very well run clinic is brilliant and now I don’t have any worries or fears when I go for any work on my teeth,top class care from start to finish

I had an emergency appointment today as i had a broken tooth the dentist was fantastic especially given how nervois i was - highly recommend
